Lenders, attorneys, inspectors and contractors I've worked with many times, so every step is handled by people who do it well.
Get you to the closing table
Appraisal, financing, attorney review and final walk-through: I keep everything on schedule and on track.
Before we tour homes together, we'll sign a written buyer agreement that spells out the services I provide and how I'm compensated. I'll walk you through it in plain English and answer every question first.
